 Delivery & Returns Policy

Legal Notice

This policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) and Queensland fair trading legislation.

 1. Delivery

1.1 Delivery hours are between 9:00am and 5:00pm, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Next-day delivery is not guaranteed.

1.2 Delivery times are estimates only. Pacific Hardware Supplies is not liable for delays beyond our control. If you cancel due to delay, a 50% cancellation fee may apply.

1.3 If no one is available to receive goods at the scheduled delivery time, redelivery fees may apply.

1.4 Freight charges are based on details you provide. Additional fees may apply if those details are incorrect or incomplete.

1.5 Please inform us in writing before delivery of any stairs, access restrictions, or delivery obstacles. Delays or damage due to unreported access issues may result in additional charges.

1.6 Refusing delivery or breaching delivery terms may result in contract termination. Any deposit paid may be forfeited, and you may be liable for 10% (plus GST) of the purchase price, less any deposit already paid.

1.7 For goods delivered by third-party manufacturers/distributors, you agree to deal directly with them for any issues during transit and indemnify Pacific Hardware Supplies from liability.

 2. Return of Goods

​2.1 All delivery issues must be reported upon receipt.

2.2 Goods are non-refundable, unless approved in writing.

2.3 To request a return, email us with your invoice number, invoice date, and reason. Requests must be lodged within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is at your cost.

2.4 Approved returns may incur a 20% restocking fee on standard stock items.

2.5 Claims for incorrect or faulty goods must be made in writing within 7 days and reference the original invoice.

2.6 Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

2.7 Goods not meeting these conditions will not be accepted for credit.
